Winemaker Mauricio Lorca

Mauricio was born in Rivadavia, Mendoza, Argentina and from a young age the connection with the land was undeniable. His interest in medicine first led him down this path, until he discovered his passion for enology. He began to train and discovered a lifestyle that today represents him 100%.

Passionate about cycling, he crossed the ocean to get to know the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, where he understood that this land called Ribeira Sacra would be his next oenological destination. This is how he got closer to the characteristics of the terroir, bringing his oenological style to every space he travels.

"We understand the production and transformation system of the grapes as a comprehensive and sustainable approach, based on three fundamental pillars: economic, socio-cultural, and environmental."

The curiosity to face new challenges leads to prestige being defined based on a team with a sense of belonging, with the freedom of knowing themselves as creators in their role, and with transversality of processes, which make each product unique and unrepeatable due to the story behind it.
